After payment has been confirmed, your order will be shipped within 15 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
For orders with deferred payment, shipping will also be processed within 15 business days after order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that we do not accept specific delivery date requests.
Even if you leave a preferred date in the remarks column, we will not be able to accommodate it.

返品について

商品には万全を期しておりますが、万が一お届け商品に不良があった場合は、到着後5日以内にご連絡ください。
